Traveler's Dilemma

Two travelers have identical antiques. The airline lost both items and asks each traveler separately to make a claim between $2 and $100. If both claims are the same, each traveler receives that amount. If the claims differ, each traveler receives the lower amount, plus a $2 reward for the lower claimant and a $2 penalty for the higher claimant.
